National Partnership Manager
David has over 20 years of management experience in the defence, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and professional services sectors which has seen him work in a wide range of roles from sales and service through to operational management, business planning and human resource management. David has completed a Graduate Diploma in Management through AGSM and is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute as well as a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
David works with organisations of all sizes to deliver better solutions for people, processes and systems and his work as an Executive Coach to a select number of clients has enabled growth in a number of areas within those organisations. David is accredited to deliver behavioural profiling through the DiSC model and is known for an enthusiastic and engaging approach with clients at all levels.
Project Manager - Queensland
Melissa has over a decade’s experience supporting the development and management of people in both private and government sectors throughout regional Queensland and Brisbane. Specialising in talent management, HR coaching, risk and compliance; Melissa makes it her mission to partner with business owners to give them the skills and knowledge to conquer people issues.
Melissa’s achievements include managing a successful talent management program for Ergon Energy, conducting business satisfaction surveys for professional services firms and implementing compliance and risk management systems for a well-known Brisbane-based architectural firm.
Project Manager - New South Wales
Nicole’s experience includes owning and operating a successful medium size business across multiple locations, employing over 100 staff and contractors, so she understands the pressures involved in running a business. Nicole also has extensive HR and Consulting experience at an Executive level, including a role as General Manager Human Resources. Her HR industry experience includes the hospitality, banking, television and retail industries.
This background is complimented by Nicole’s academic qualifications that include a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and she is a certified professional member of the Australian HR Institute
Project Manager - Victoria
With 18 years management experience David Smith has extensive experience in managing professional associations and service based companies where he has worked across human resources, sales, advertising, marketing and customer service functions.
David is a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) and a member of the HR Coach Network. David has completed a Masters of Business Administration majoring in HR Management and Association Management, having already completed a Degree in Business majoring in Marketing and Corporate Strategy. He also holds a Diploma in Performance Coaching and is accredited to deliver Emotional Intelligence Leadership Training and behavioural profiling using the DiSC model.
B Ed, MBA
Jeff’s passion is building high performance teams through measuring performance, developing leaderships skills and building organizational capability. His focus is on working long-term with senior managers and business owners to benchmark performance and develop straight-forward strategies with tangible and measurable results.
With more than 20 years experience as a senior manager, CEO and high performance coach, Jeff’s qualifications includes a Bachelor of Education, Master of Business Administration and Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
As a former teacher and elite sports coach, Jeff has worked with world class athletes including Olympic gold medallists and state and national champions and been involved in two Olympic Games. He now applies his coaching and leadership expertise to SME’s working with senior managers, owners and their teams in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, mining services, employment services, healthcare, hospitality, charities and licensed clubs.
Project Manager - Northern Territory
Gae has 20+ years experience working in the private and corporate sectors. Having run a number of businesses and managed both small and large teams, Gae is very familiar with many of the challenges being faced by businesses today. She brings a wealth of practical experience, developing easy to implement solutions that are time and cost efficient and effective across many industries.
Gae holds a post graduate degree in Management, a Certificate IV TAE and is an accredited practitioner of DiSC and Social & Emotional Intelligence profiling. Her approach is to empower her clients to develop and build their own skills to manage future issues as/when they arise.
Project Manager - Hunter NSW
Steve has over 17 years practical experience as a business leader, consultant and executive manager across several organisations in both the public and private sectors. He has real life experience in managing teams from startup to shutdown and everything in between. Steve is a recognised specialist in Performance Coaching, having piloted initial processes for the public sector in 1998.
He has also been involved in a number of other “people” roles such as customer service manager, facilitator, harassment contact officer, fraud investigator, privacy officer, leadership mentor and HR consultant. Steve holds Certificates in Engineering and Fraud Investigation, Diploma in Government (Management and HR) and is fully DiSC accredited. An active Rotarian and networker, Steve has a passion to drive success in local businesses.

Barry brings a wealth of senior leadership experience from medium to large complex organisations including Rio Tinto, Wesfarmers, Woolworths and Coles Supermarkets across mining, engineering, supply chain/logistics and FMCG industries.
Barry has a reputation of working collaboratively with business leaders to deliver sustainable business results and for coaching line leaders to improve employee outcomes. He is an accomplished industrial/employee relations practitioner who has worked with business leaders to develop strategy and lead EBA negotiations which has delivered outstanding business outcomes. Barry’s focus is on coaching line leaders to create a positive and constructive workplace culture. He has overseen talent and diversity initiatives at a number of organisations.
